We just started with Design Aire. The crew that installed our new furnace and air conditioner did a very good job. They arrived on time, and did a good job of explaining what they were going to do and what we needed to do. The crew chief was very professional in his communication with me at the start of the job, during the job, and at the end when he explained how the warranty worked, how the Ameren rebate would work, and when he explained the bill. I would not recommend this company to any one after what I experienced. My house was not cooling well and I thought that freon may be low.I signed up for the a/c tune up and furnace tune up. The technician came and he didn't perform the pressure test to check for the possible leak. He didn't perform any of the tune up service items either. All he did was to clean the outside unit with water, added 3 lb of freon and charged me $ 292.Few days passed and house was not cooling well. **** was great! Did maintenance on my A/C in a timely manner and took time to explain everything. Would highly recommend!
***** was prompt and friendly, and went above and beyond to find the simplest solution to our problem. He checked over both our AC units thoroughly at no extra charge and offered DIY tips to keep them running efficiently and prevent future calls. He even shop vacd the water that was draining out of the unit he HADNT come to service.
