On time, polite, and got the job done...and cleaned up!
**** was very prompt (actually arrived ahead of time which was great!) and immediately hit the ground with diagnosing and identifying the issue (damaged heat strips on auxiliary heat source for the heat pump). Very professional and thorough from the beginning to diagnosing, testing, and closing out the job!Great job!! Thank you, **** and Design Aire H&C!!!

The technician ***** was courteous, efficient, and overall very good. We have always had good service with Design Aire.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. From design to install, the Design Aire team was incredible. They were extremely careful and clean and once they were done and gone, you couldn't tell that they had just removed and replaced our HVAC system (except of course for the new and updated and whisper quiet equipment)! I would highly recommend Design Aire for any of your HVAC needs. From service to install, they are AWESOME!
