The technician (****** ******) was prompt, courteous, and straightforward. He explained what he was going to do, answered my questions, got it done, then gave a complete after action report.
Design Aire replaced our air conditioner, heat pump, air handler and checked the humidifier.
Design Aire heating and cooling is always on time and they do the job correct! Great service and they always inform me of whats going on. I would definitely recommend this company!

**** was very prompt (actually arrived ahead of time which was great!) and immediately hit the ground with diagnosing and identifying the issue (damaged heat strips on auxiliary heat source for the heat pump).
