Our home is 48 years old and we have used DesignAire exclusively for installation and service. When our AC failed on a Sunday, their emergency service was prompt and efficient. They worked with us to get a new install done as soon as possible. The two technicians who did the installation were extremely pleasant and polite. Not only was it very hot, they worked through a thunderstorm and a 3 hour power outage.We couldnt ask for a better experience! We will continue to be loyal customers.
