This company fixed my heating problem. This company is a professional company in every way I can think of. The tech guys are extremerly nice, smart, and professional, they cover their shoes when they come in your house. Also, they are very patience and relaxed.
Design Aire installed our new HVAC last year and we just had Nate come and do our annual furnace check up. All of our dealings with Design Aire have been excellent. All of the employees are professional, polite, clean, friendly and helpful.
Calling for service in the middle of winter on a Friday can represent challenges. Design Aire returned our call early and put us in line for service. Service tech, ****, arrived early afternoon. Very polite and professional. Found the issue and completed his work in about 45 minutes. It was a pleasant experience. Have been customers for 25+ years. Highly recommend.

design Aire responded the same day we called with a problem with our humidifier. The technician arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. explained the reason for the problem and what we could do in the future to prevent the problem. he was very professional and efficient.
