I have fairly recently begun using Design Aire and have been exremely satisfied in all aspects. They have serviced my furnace/air conditioner and also my Ptac heat pump with no problems. Very professional organization from bottom to top.
Very prompt and responsive. They installed a Trane furnace last fall and when we kicked it on this fall the fan wouldn't shut off, so they came out right away, fixed what could have been a big issue and didn't charge us. All is ************* and we are very relieved and pleased.

**** was right on time. He was very thorough in serving my furnaces for the winter and my humidifiers. He had covers on his shoes to keep my house clean. He put on his mask as soon as I asked him to do so. He was very personable and customer friendly. He is also very experienced in his job. I will ask for him again.
