We’ve been using Design Aire for the last 5 years and have been pleased with all the technicians. Our recent technician was Rick and he was very courteous.
Prompt service, within time frame, answered questions about HVAC, reliable, third house with DesignAire service.
I have fairly recently begun using Design Aire and have been exremely satisfied in all aspects. They have serviced my furnace/air conditioner and also my Ptac heat pump with no problems. Very professional organization from bottom to top.
Very prompt and responsive. They installed a Trane furnace last fall and when we kicked it on this fall the fan wouldn't shut off, so they came out right away, fixed what could have been a big issue and didn't charge us. All is ************* and we are very relieved and pleased.
