The company emailed me to let me know the technician was on his way. After confirming that he has been vaccinated and boosted and masked, he came in, put on his booties and checked out the furnace, including replacing the filter. When he was done he turned off the lights to the basement and i paid him. He was efficient and polite. These guys are great.

Very helpful and informative on a new build HVAC system. System heat would not turn when 1st needed. Found the problem quickly check the system and found the gas flow was set to low, and adjusted. Lastly gave us the model and serial number for the system to be able to register the system with Trane. Great technican
I have and highly recommend a service contract for our HVAC system with Design Aire. Last spring our outdoor unit was quite dirty. Rather than just an external cleaning, the service man opened the unit and sprayed it from the inside out. Wonderful! Today it was a bit chilly out and our furnace wouldn't come on. They company gladly moved my November appointment up and the Technician (****) came out today and got us up and running...with no extra charge. This is a top-notch company with excellent technicians.
I was pleased with the repair and the technician was on time. When I called I informed them of my problem which was a bad blower motor which was obvious. I feel I should not have been charged $75.00 for a diagnostic fee.
Technician was so knowlegdeable, professional and friendly! I'm happy to have Design Aire as my HVAC company.
