I have and highly recommend a service contract for our HVAC system with Design Aire. Last spring our outdoor unit was quite dirty. Rather than just an external cleaning, the service man opened the unit and sprayed it from the inside out. Wonderful! Today it was a bit chilly out and our furnace wouldn't come on. They company gladly moved my November appointment up and the Technician (****) came out today and got us up and running...with no extra charge. This is a top-notch company with excellent technicians.
I was pleased with the repair and the technician was on time. When I called I informed them of my problem which was a bad blower motor which was obvious. I feel I should not have been charged $75.00 for a diagnostic fee.
Technician was so knowlegdeable, professional and friendly! I'm happy to have Design Aire as my HVAC company.

Weve been customers for 22 years and always satisfied. Had an AC problem yesterday and they were out first thing this morning. Service Man ******* solved the problem quickly, efficiently. Explained the malfunction, answered our questions to our satisfaction. Overall, we were very pleased with him and Design Aire overall.We thought pricing was fair.
