***** came out quickly when my A/C went out and the temperature had reached 110 degree heat index. He worked quickly to get the repair completed. Design Aire has never disappointed me. I have been using them for several years.
We were extremely pleased with the timely matter that Design Aire responded to our service call request. They were at our home and fixed our a/c problem in a matter of hours. The service technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. After all the horrible hot weather we have been experiencing, we certainly appreciate how quickly they responded. I had an issue with my AC unit and the team at Design Aire were able to let me know the issue and not charge me an arm and a leg for the repairs and information they gave me. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on!

It was 101 when the fan motor on our heat pump went kaput. ***** from Design Aire came to the rescue. We didn't have to swelter for days, as he was here the same day we called. He was professional, friendly, didn't try and up-sell, and had very good workmanship. Yay *****! Yay Design Aire!
