I am very satisfied with them. Techs are competent and courteous and explain any problems. I've been using them for the 7 years I've lived in this house. I have a service contact and that puts me on top of the list should I have a problem. Would definitely recommend.
Great technicians and great people make this a great company. Purchase their service plan and stop worrying about your heat and A/C (minus changing the filters). Based on my multiple experiences with Design Aire I can not recommend them enough. Great business!
They installed my new a/c years ago. I have had no problems at all. I recently had the unit serviced because they had a special going on & my a/c was running non stop due to the extreme heat. **** cleaned & lubed all parts & is *************. ?? Great service & honest company. Thanks to ****. It was over 100 ************ did a great job.
Design Aire is very impressive. *****, the technician, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The service was fast and the person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience!
In the morning of July 27,2022 I realized my a/c was not cooling. Called Design Aire and within 30 minutes their service man was at my house. He quickly identified the problem, replaced a part which he had in his truck supply, checked various other features of the a/c system to make sure all was well. I was previously a customer of ********************** for approximately 30 years and was always pleased with their service. I will call only Design Aire in the future.
