We purchased a new HVAC system for our 80-year-old home from Design Aire five years ago. Called them this morning at 9:18 am when our compressor stopped working. Repairman called me at 12:13 pm. He is on his way. By 1:30 ********* was made & he was on his way. Have always had good, timely work done by this company. A+.***************************
Great job by the Design Aire technician. The routine service call to keep our AC running efficiently was completed quickly and thoroughly.
Our central air started going out Saturday, July 16, with temp of 103. My husband changed the filter but that didn't do it. On Monday we called Design Aire at 8 am and they had a service tech out before 1 pm! He checked the unit and also the thermostat and told me it was a voltage problem that only needed a new wire and a wire nut. He had the unit working in less than 30 minutes from when he arrived. The repairman was prompt and a really nice guy.He fixed the problem with my A/C unit and totally cleaned the unit.I'd recommend Design Aire to everyone for repair and yearly check up if necessary
