The Design Aire technician, ***** was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and he even put our garden hose away and turned it off when he finished cleaning our ac unit. Good communication about arrival time and costs. ****** in the office was also very friendly and pleasant.
**** at Design Aire saved my bacon when he was able to repair my A/C condenser the same day I called during the recent heatwave. Glad I have been a maintenance contract owner for many years!

Prompt an excellent service today on the repair of my air conditioner. The technician was knowledgeable and explained to me a few other things that I could do to keep my AC running for a few more years. I could not ask for better or prompt service. I felt that the service charge was very reasonable. Keep up the good work!
Prompt, professional, and 1/5 the price of the other company that came out. They fit me into the schedule during the hottest week of the year. They will be my company going forward.
