Our heat pump stopped working on a Sunday. My husband called Design Aire and left a message. We received a call back Monday morning and the technician arrived within an hour. He fixed the problem and was gone an hour later. Amazing service! The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. We have purchased all of our heating and cooling needs through Design Aire and have never been disappointed.

Great company. Always been honest, reasonable and never felt like the **** was being increased unfairly. Just had to have a new system installed and the Design Aire bid was close to 15% less than the nearest best bid for a comparable system. Great company and people to work with and I totally trust them.
