Booked online in the morning and they were at my house within a few hours to look at my AC. Fixed the issue quickly (bad capacitor and topped off the refrigerant) and didn't try to push me to get a new unit even though mine was 20+ years old.
Summer 2022 is the challenge for record heat. . The air-conditioning went out at the 1st buildup of humidity Design Aire Heating & Cooling came through when no one else could! Starting with the receptionist to the repair technician. I was kept informed of projected ********************* ****, my technician was polite, courteous, respectful of property, very thorough with diagnostics and recommendations for the solution. I find it intimidating to hire someone to service my AC or furnace. I bought a certificate from our school auction to Design Aire and thought I would give it a try. Wow!! Best service ever. Technician was extremely polite, explained everything he did and found, very reasonably priced for service and I found myself a new company to work with!! Highly recommend.
Two companies came out and told me I needed a new AC unit even though it was just 8 years old. ******* from Design Aire came out and said it was just a $466 valve issue. That saved me thousands of dollars. So nice to work with an honest company with such knowledgeable people. Thank you *******!!!
Excellent service from Design Aire! Called made appointment to check the issue set for next day they called back and said **** could come out now he is in the area. From initial call to service 30 min! Unbelievable!
