Purchased my third Silverado 1500 from McDermott Chevrolet. Purchased my third Chevy Silverado from McDermott. Mark Ekblade was the sales consultant. Mark was also the sales consultant on my previous truck. He is very knowledgeable of the product and we were able to have smooth negotiations that made the purchase very easy.
Great service Everyone at McDermott is always very courteous. Service area is always clean. Waiting room is well lit and comfortable. Will definitely recommend McDermott Chevy to others.
Engine Light We purchased a used Lexus. After reviewing the previous maintenance record, Tanya determined if anything else was needed. New fuel injectors installed for the engine light.. They gave me a loaner so I could come back after the repair was done the following day.
basic service Had an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment they took my truck in at my appt time and I was out in an hour like they said. That included a recall item that I didn't even know about.
An Excellent Expeerience Jeff King was friendly and professional, as usual. And the service was performed promptly and effectively by Nate Alleyne. Best of all, the result was great.

Sensor on driver side tire Staff was pleasant!!! Especially when I was waiting in the waiting room area of the Chevy side. Lisa was pleasant and happy and nice to talk with while waiting.
Best service department! Shelby and team are second to NONE! Absolutely the best customer service and technicians I've ever had to work with. No one want to have to shell money out to service their vehicles, but if you have to, I have always highly recommended this team. They not only service the vehicle, but they take care of the human behind the wheel as well. God bless you guys. You're the best!
Once again, outstanding service I had a series of warning light anomalies with my 2017 Rx350. My sales consultant, Mike Wahlen, picked up my vehicle in the morning (next day) and returned it that evening with every thing back in order. Mike know what service is!
