I had to have my struts replaced on my 2013 Lexus RX 450 H. Kevin treated my vehicle as if it was a brand new vehicle and explained everything that he was going to do with great care and detail. I’ve heard horror stories about the poor customer service that other premium car owners have, but at Lexus of North Miami I have always felt like a valued customer. It will be difficult to look for another vehicle outside of Lexus given this kind of superior. Service.!!
