Always fast and courteous service I have purchased two vehicles over the years from McDermott, a corvette and a silverado. I find the sales staff and the service staff to be very knowledgeable about both vehicles. Service always has time to answer my needs. Great staff!!
Consistent I have serviced my Corvette at McDermott for the past six years and have been nothing but satisfied w/ every visit from oil changes to engine repairs.
Maintenance This was my first time at McDermott getting an oil change. The staff was very friendly, I was in and out in an hour. I loved that my car was washed and vac.
fourteen years four cars later I have had four Lexus from MCDERMOTT. I have been more than satisfied , more than content. Their customer service surpasses not only other brands but other Lexus dealerships. I only ended up at this one after I was so dissapointed by another. Here everyone is treated as though they are a MCDERMOTT. Kindness, the best price, respect and quality service
