Always above and beyond THe dealership (its sales and service) always go above and beyond. I have always left there feeling valued and appreciated. Service doesnt look to up sell you .They do what your car needs to stay the performance machine it was created to be no more no less.
Diasappointed customer I recently brought my car in to have my air bag replaced after the re-call. When I got in my car the panel on the passenger side was cracked and not even put back with the proper hardware. I have been a customer of McDermott Lexus for 17 years, and this is the 5th car, I had serviced here. The last two times I brought the car in, the condition my car was unsatisfactory when returned to me. I am staring to wonder if I am a valued customer. It might be the last Lexus I will bit from them.
excellent Several people told me to get a price for the job with other mechanics. I have a lot of confidence with everyone who works at McDermotts and never gave it another thought. I never had to return because something was not done correctly. I feel that everyone has been honest with me when there is a problem. The work gets done promptly and it's very much appreciated.
Professional, courteous staff 75,000 mile checkup. This is the only place where both of my cars are serviced. Very pleased. Only concern is with the air pressure gauge. This is the second one that is defective. Needs battery but is encased and expensive. The Lexus company should guarantee these parts. They should not malfunction and then put the cost on the owner.
Fourth Lexus purchased from this dealership Great cars nice employees and good service. Second one purchased from Rob who genuinely is interested in getting you the care you want at the best price.
Great dealership I have purchased a Chevy Traverse in 2012 and a Lexus NX in 2016. This dealership is top notch and genuinely wants to impress the consumer. Looking forward to my lifelong relationship with an awesome company.
Great customer service Doreen and Joe made this a great experience from start to finish. I had to change the day of pick up last minute and everyone was able to accommodate me in short notice, thank you again!!!
