Qiick and efficient I purchased 3 new vehicles at this dealership. The first time I had a few issues that had more to do with an individual rather than the dealership. That person is no longer employed there. Another issue was resolved after a few attempts and again, at the service desk , I haven't seen that person there in some time. Fast, professional and on time. Although we live in Norwalk we take the trip to go to McDermott Lexus, that’s where every two years we buy our cars and always get the best deal. The staff is friendly and professional, wouldn’t go anywhere else. You can bring your car for service and by the time you enjoy a nice cup of coffee or the pastries that are always available in the lounge, your car is ready. The best!

awesome dealer The staff was fabulous very helpful, courteous, and friendly and the women in training Diane she was awesome. I was there for a couple hours with my dog she went out her way to give my dog water without me asking kept coming back to me asking me if I was ok if I needed something to pls let her know. Great customer service not to mention Ralph Santabarbara was the bomb.
