a difficult task A check engine light could be and was a difficult fix. But it was a pleasure the way service advicer Shelby handled it and the light finally was put down and out
Another Great experience I purchased my first Lexus Certified Preowned in 2013 from McDermott and it has been serviced there. I have never had a bad experience from the car buying experience to the service with McDermott. I highly recommend this dealership as the place if you are in the market for purchase or service of Lexus. If you are buying - Look up Doreen.. She makes car buying a pleasure! (and I hated buying cars!) Tanya in service is always professional and courteous. Service with a smile.
Always great. I have dealt with other dealerships and have encountered some men who had very little respect for a female. I have not dealt with anyone at Lexus who is condescending. I don't care which department or individual you deal with,at Lexus, everyone is extremely helpful, cordial and can't do enough for their customers.
Maintenance Had oil change/tire rotation appointment and then they noticed a 90,000 mile service was needed. I waited comfortably there for 2 1/2 hrs. It was nice that this extra maintenance service could be completed at the same appointment so I did not have to come back! Thank you.
