Friendly, professional, product knowledgeable. My experience with Paul was excellent. I felt valued as a return customer and could not have been more pleased with the service provided. The dealership showroom is immaculate and comfortable. Add on protective and maintenance applications were well explained by Steve Kritikos and I was given personalized guidance on the vehicle’s operation by Dylan Smith. I am most happy with my new Lexus LX600 and I would heartily recommend the dealership and sales person Paul Licausi.
The service agent kept me informed and what was been done and needed to be done. Location is convenient and lounge area and snack offered is great.

The service team at the dealership was once agin amazing. The work was done in a timely fashion; the scope of work was fully explained; the cost of the work was clear; the necessity of having the work performed was clear; the car was returned clean. At all times everyone was extremely professional and nice.

I can’t stress enough how awful my experience with Lexus North Miami has been. The service center is completely unorganized, dirty, and downright disrespectful. This is the third Lexus I’ve owned — all purchased from this same store — and I clearly haven’t learned my lesson. Both the service center and the body shop are useless! I’ve been left waiting for hours on multiple occasions because of their mistakes.
