Service Problem--- Thank you McDermott Lexus! We purchased our car at another dealership that recently changed hands. We serviced our car GX470 there exclusively for the last 8+ years but the quality of their service seems to have suffered. After a particularly bad experience we decided to try McDermott Lexus to see if they could fix our problem and restore our fait in Lexus. They were professional, helpful and sympathetic to the bad experience we had at the other dealer. We are converts for sure! Many thanks!

Best experience ever with a car dealership. The whole horrible process of buying a new car became a very pleasant experience. Our salesman, Greg, was patient, knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we understood everything we needed to know about the Lexus we bought before and after the sale. Ryan (IT) and Joe (finance) actually made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Very professional and customer friendly Mechanic assigned Richard very skilled and able to determine problem and solution very quickly. Vehicle returned after repair in condition it should be after a very long time of no one knowing exact problem or correction. My compliments.

Friendly and Helpful Service! It was time for the one year service on a new IS250. I was able to get the service appointment on the day that I was going to be in the area of the dealership and arranged for a loaner so that I could make certain appointments while the car was being serviced. This worked out great! When the service was completed, I received a call letting me know that the service was completed and what was done. Great and timely service The service reps are always very welcoming and pleasant. Excellent service. I was provided with a loaner and my car was ready when promised. I have nothing but good customer service from the Lexus.

the dealer ship is always worth it I am loyal to those who are good to me & MCDERMOTT LEXUS IS GREAT to me. Last three cars all from same sales rep(CHARLES DUKE) and same dealership..ONE reason... great service(RENA &TANYA)!!!!!!!No hassles when service is needed. No hassles about appointments. No problems with a loaner while car is being serviced and never had buyers remorse because its not all about getting the sale. They want you to be happy and to return.
