The dealership is nice and the staff is friendly. One thing that probably need improvement is the timing of the service. I had an appointment at 12pm and didn't get started until 12:25pm. If im making an appointment for a certain time and I'm there on time (and in this case earlier) I also expect that my appointment time is honored and I dont have to wait 30 min just to start the paperwork.

Semon was very helpful and prioritized my request. The service was quick and efficient. The only thing that was not right is the lady that worked at the coffee shop. She needs to be more polite. Otherwise, everything was great.

To start, I had to shop my pricing as opposed to getting the best deal. Then, when I picked up my car, the gentlemen I. The Loaner Deparyment, yelled... Yo, to me. As opposed to awaiting me to cross to recieve my car be started pointing at the key. Then once I picked up my car it was still dirty. This is my second purchase from your dealer. Its all most time to renew my lease. I wont consider North Miami, despite it being the nearest dealer to me.

Excellent! !! Very competent and patient. Especially in view of the fact we arrived at the Dealership WITH NO APPOINTMENT and our issue was resolved. Don't see that level of service often anymore.
