Service My wait was quite reasonable, Aubrey was very friendly. I don't think my car was vacuumed though, at least it didn't look like it was.
Great service dept Shelby is great mechanics are knowledgeable did great work on my h3 hummer needed bearings and rotors. Answered all my questions needed didn't sell extra work I didn't need.
35,000 mile service I needed four new tires for my Lexus CT 200. The installation was done quickly but I was given the option of a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait. My only complaint is that I was not provided with a written warrenty for the tires.
Fabulous My husband and I were looking for a SUV and we stopped at McDermott dealership and we were very satisfied with the service. Their sales people are very knowledgeable and very helpful.They are a class act operation. Never experienced any thing like it.

Excelent customer service Prompt diagnosis and reasonable repair. Would definitely recommend. I live in Westport and the Lexus dealer locally is horrible. They always try to upsell and tell you things are in need of repair when they really aren't. Worth going to McDermott. Even though it is a bit farther, the cost savings was well worth it.
