Kelleligh Congdon, made the experience and visit worth the while. The cost is beyond her: and outrageous for some services. Which makes it's all unfortunate! I would have gave communication with the service department a higher score. Except the follow along text, from the work and time being done. Was not completely accurate. It showed the vehicle items checked during the inspection, but nothing more.... The time spent was more than adequate!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lexus North Miami! Everyone was SO friendly to the point where I loved spending time there as I was purchasing my beautiful new car.
