Routine maintenance and body work estimate The routine service went smoothly. Your technicians uncovered the cause of the slow leak in my tire and fixed it. The body work proved to be merely cosmetic, and your crew advised I not spend the money unless I was troubled by the scratches on the bumper cover. Saved me a lot of money! I'll definitely be back.

Horrific!! Think twice before spending top dollar on a Lexus (especially used!!). The quality is nowhere near what it once was (just one example: http://www.edmunds.com/recalls/lexus.html ). As for McDermott, they are great so long as they are taking your money. Beyond that, be prepared to be ignored. Phone calls, emails and letters will go unanswered. Consider http://www.bmwusa.com/ or http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/index instead.

Maintenance service Excellent service and staff always. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership, I am now on my fourth vehicle purchase with them.

Service Department Review I had a problem with my dash mounted DVD player and my key fob broke. The DVD player needed a software update and the key fob had to be coded to my 2012 Tahoe. Both were done within a half hour as a customer wait and covered under the vehicle warranty. My Grandchild want to thank the service staff, as they can once again watch their Bubble Guppies on the TV.

Great Eexperience.Tanya is fantasti! Tanya is fantastic. Tanya and Rena are consummate professionals and they are the reason that I am still getting my car serviced at the dealership. Double Duty Had both cars serviced the same day. My wife's Lexus and my Corvette. We were both due for oil changes and her tires needed rotating and balanced. Joe Cetta set up both appointments and was extremely helpful.

Wonderful People The initial opinion of entering any place is the greeter's personality. Yours are wonderful as was your assistant, Tanya. You all made us feel so welcomed that there is no where else we would go for service! Wonderful greeters, wonderful staff assistant (Tanya), wonderful service. What else is there to say except THANK YOU!

First 5,000 mile service Quick, efficient process, staff are terrific (especially Rena at the service desk). Comfortable waiting area. Mike Whalen is also a great sales rep. This is the 4th Lexus we have bought from McDermott Lexus and we couldn't be happier.
