As usual - Great! Charlie and the rest of the staff that I interacted with in changing into a nice 2015 Black Lexus 350, were as good as one could hope for. This is our 3rd Lexus all through Charlie Dukes, and he always treats us great. We make an apt and Charlie listens and he works to fit us into the color we want with the options we want at a fair price. Visit was professionally handled and on time. Everyone was professional and service handled on time and correct.....waiting area was clean and I was offered coffee etc during my wait.....car was cleaned when the work was completed....overall the experience as excellent....
