The service team was very accommodating and serviced my vehicle very quickly as requested due to a prior commitment later in the day and was appreciated.
We had excellent customer service especially from our salesman, Mike Bowen. Everyone we met was friendly, accommodating and professional.

Excessive wait time, incompetent staff who all had a "holier then thou" attitude and very poor customer service. I would rather be hung upside down, strung by my toes and have knives jabbed into my eyes than ever have to deal with this dealership again.

Courtesy and knowledge are very meaningful when making a purchase. This is my fourth Lexus and I would not have traded in my 2012 Lexus for a 2015 with 49,000 miles except for mileage being so very high on my old one which was still in immaculate condition and running well!
