service joe ceda fixed my tire there was a screw in it and a oil change and rotate my tires and then they washed my truck

Internet Shopping I choose to shop online for a vehicle rather then going into dealerships. The only positive response I received was from Joe Hawley of McDermott Lexus. He responded promptly and followed through with my requests. Also he conducted himself very professionally. Once I came into the dealership everyone was very friendly and helpful. My experience overall was quite refreshing!

Service Department Excellent The strong point of this dealership is the service department. The two ladies who run the service department have always been able to manage every visit in an efficient and courteous manner. Rena and Tanya have never failed to make every appointment as pleasant and convenient as possible.
