I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP I used to travel 1 1/2 hours in traffic to come here for service because I felt that their service was excellent and their prices were fair. Now I live ten minutes away, and even if I didn't, I would still travel to McDermott. Everyone is very helpful and unfailingly polite (even when I was always late because the traffic was so dreadful), and I feel very confident that my RX with OVER 200,000 MILES is still safe to drive because McDermott takes such good care of my vehicle. I had a wonderful service experience in every area. From the car service greeter - who helped me clean out my car! - to the front desk assistance with Aubrey, to the mechanics themselves, everything was done with excellence. The car was cleaned and meticulous inside and out! My husband couldn't believe how well the car felt to drive and handle on our way home! So thank you McDermott Lexus once again for receiving a 5 star award from our family!

I worked with both Kamran Moody Joe Hawley. My first contact was with Joe when I called the dealership. Joe was very polite and was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in. I than started working with Kamran as we worked the deal and went over the pricing of the car. Kamran as well was very courteous, polite, paid attention to all the details to make my lease purchase a pleasure and trouble free! Scheduling our appointment was easy and the Service Department was very accomodating. Tanya Punuzio, the Service Coordinator, was vey courteous and helpful and did a great job of addressing our needs. Our vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and we were given a full and understandable explanation of the services that were performed.

Mike Wahlen takes care of all our Lexus needs. We have a RX350 and a ES350 -- both great vehicles. But we have dealt with 3 different Lexus store over 8 years and, because of Mike's service passion, McDermott is at the top of the list!
