I took my NX 350h for a malfunctioning electric magnetic induction phone charger and the part was replace under warranty. When I left the dealer I encountered the same problem. I went back to dealer 10 minutes later and was told they had to check with a tech. Tech could not problem solve issue and I escalated to service manager, who could not solve issue. This is my second time working with Lexus of North Miami, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was when I leased my Lexus, and this time I came back to renew my lease. Overall, disappointed. Service center was very impersonal and no one was available to go over what actually was done to my vehicle. When I had questions about my service report, I had trouble finding someone. Even then, they didn't really seem interested in my questions.
