Good Experience I had my Chevy Traverse serviced the other day and had a good experience. I had recalls and then had an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
JeanAnn Paddyfote Service was relatively quick. Very friendly people at the service desk. Waiting room had coffee and pastry. Very clean and nice waiting area with TV and aquarium.

"Great people that really care" My service advisor was Shelby. She took the time to listen to what the problem was with my Corvette and truly understood what I was talking about. She called me and always let me knew what the situation was. A very nice lady who cared about my car.
As usual Visiting your service department never seems like a chore. The Staff is always friendly, the surroundings are comfortable, and the service is fast. Also, it's great to have the car wash!
Oil change Always professional, waiting room clean and all staff friendly. From the show room to errand man Steve, all helpful...I have been bringing my car here since I got it and likely to purchase my next one here...this survey it dumb, tired to submit 5 times!
McDermott s service department is awesome ! Always a pleasant experience when dealing with Rena Tonya and meet Joe the mechanic! So incrediably customer service orientated! They are beyond caring considerate friendly and professional! I have had the best service with them for over four years !
