You have a most attractive and inviting dealership. Your personnel are friendly and very pleasant. Mike Wahlen was a delightful, knowledgeable, and most accommodating salesperson. However, his penmanship caused confusion relative to a digit in the price on the sales agreement, along with several specifics on the Enform sign-up form. The entire experience at McDermott Lexus of New Haven was absolutely First Class. My wife and I were treated like royalty by Doreen and Joe the Finance Manager. They really took the time to educate us and provide different options that suited what we were looking for. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would absolutely recommend this dealership for their extraordinary service and willingness to place the client at the center of all that they do.

We've been using McDermott Lexus service since we bought our RX-400h in 2007. We've always had execellent service from everyone. Tanya, our primary service coordinator is like a part of the family now and Rena, her colleague is always helpful and accomodating. We really feel they look after our car and us. We've never had better service anywhere at any time. It's a great way to build loyalty in a business that often revolves around getting the best-priced deal above all else. The service individuals are always friendly and always with a smile. The service itself has always completed the repairs or maintenance issues the first time. The service individuals offer loaners when the repairs may take longer than expected before you even consider the possibility of asking them. This dealership runs extremely efficiently and effectively and makes the customer feel like he is their only service issue that day. I have never dealt with a dealership like this in my 68 years of driving.

I am always entirely pleased with the service there. I was notified that I needed a new battery. I appreciated replacing the battery before breaking down somewhere... Love my Lexus!

On 8/5/2012 I went to their shop thinking that i will buy a new Lexus RX350 AWD model and their Sales Person didn't even bother to say "NO" instead started laughing (as if we were idiots). Within next 1 minute i told my wife that I am not gonna buy SUV from them even if they are selling $5000 cheaper than the market price and we went out. One of the worst places i have ever been.
