On 8/5/2012 I went to their shop thinking that i will buy a new Lexus RX350 AWD model and their Sales Person didn't even bother to say "NO" instead started laughing (as if we were idiots). Within next 1 minute i told my wife that I am not gonna buy SUV from them even if they are selling $5000 cheaper than the market price and we went out. One of the worst places i have ever been.
Buy your car somewhere else, but you can have it serviced there. Their prices are way to high and the reasons they gave me where so stupid they were insulting. I have read what others have written about them, and they seem happy with the treatment they received, but I walked away without a car that I have been dreaming of for years. I hate to say it , but maybe because I am a woman they thought I didn't know what I was talking about. I say this because when I told them I wanted an RX, they suggested an ES instead?
