Oil and tire rotation I was very satisfied and I waited in their very nice waiting room with coffee and tea machine. Very comfortable couches and chairs and tv on. A lot of reading materials.

Excellent Lexus Dealer service experience I usually cringe when I think about having to service or repair my 2002 Lexus RX 300 .at a Lexus Dealership , I had some repair issues when I was on the road in CT. Great customer service I have been going to McDermott Lexus for 10 years now and I am always beyond satisfied with the level of service I receive . The staff is great and when I do have questions they answer them immediately or get a technician to explain .

BEST SALES AND SERVICE TEAM I thought McDermott was just another dealership until I worked with Mike Wahlen (sales) and Tanya Panuzio (service). They work together so well, are transparent in all that they do and are very personable. At Meade Lexus in Michigan I had a good team to work with, but Mike and Tanya are incomparable!
