Isaac took care of me when I called to purchase my new IS 500 all the way from California, great price without crazy mark-ups that I have experienced at my local Lexus dealers. All of the staff I interacted with did a great job making this process as easy as possible. I absolutely recommend them.

The provided service just goes more more down since pandemic. I brought my car for 10k miles maintenance to be done and it wasn't even washed well ... wooow! Not even once every few months. Service just keeps disappointing
