Quick and Easy I called up the same day I wanted to bring my car in. Tanya was very helpful and got me in. When I arrived I didn't even need to give them my name, they knew who I was. Service was performed and everything was done when I left the dealership.
Quick Turnaround The wife's SC430 needed a battery and a oil change. Both services were completed quickly and without any issues. My service representative Jeff was great.
I will not be going here again I went for a basic oil change and when I picked up the car, I found that the passenger side mirror was pushed all the way out. When trying to adjust it, I was only able to move it up and down but the left and right controls were no longer working. Just this morning, I adjusted the mirrors and they said that it was just by coincidence that the controls didn't work anymore.
