Pleasurable My experience with Ralph L. was unlike most experiences I have had with car salesmen. Latest timing belt change. The service McDermott has always been and continues to be awesome. My service advisor and workmanship of the tech was great. Aubry on svc gave me a great price and communicaton was great.
True customer service! Luis and Tom were gracious, charming, and extremely helpful throughout the process of my purchase! It's really hard to find good customer service, over all, but McDermott has it! I will definitely go back for my auto needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Great Experience I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe and could not be happier with the service and new car. The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Tom Rowe was my salesman and his knowledge and level of customer service could not be topped.
