A very disappointing sales force, they need a lot of retraining in how to approach and listen to clients. I’ve has many issues in my recent encounter with them, too numerous to repeat here.
Much quicker than expected service, excellent waiting area with drinks and food for breakfast, and they did a great job with a 30,000 mile inspection and service.
