10,000 mile service As always, the entire Service staff was pleasant and the service took less time, than indicated. it was too cold to wash the car, so they offered a free car wash as soon as weather permits. Very nice!
Service Dept-Repairs I had major work done on my 2007 Lexus and Tanya in the Service Dept. is very informative, friendly and extremely helpful. I totally like dealing with her because of these assets she possesses.
Great service Walked into dealership with no appointment and John Pinto met us at the door and asked if we needed help. My wife is on crutches and he made sure that she was comfortable and had her sit at nearest chair. He was knowledgeable about the RX350 and we went for test drive. He was very proactive in making a sale and we agreed on a fair price. He walked us through the whole process making sure we we comfortable will the price and the vehicle. Top Class Service You feel like a million dollars buying your car through McDermott. This is my 2nd car purchased through McDermott and would recommend others to purchase their car there. When I came in to pick up the car, there was a sign with my name on it and a dozen roses from a not-for-profit organization that supports autism.
