Replacement of daylight running lights I've had problems with the daylight running lights (DRL) on my 2012 Tahoe. Have had to have them replaced 3-4 times. McDermott was able to replace the DRL due to a bad bulb free of charge. Too bad Chevrolet made the replacement of a light so difficult (remove inside wheel guard, loosen top grill, and lower bumper. Consistently treats you well Great dealership experience. Very fair and does good work. Highly recommend. They explain what needs to be done and stick to their estimates and what they say they will do.

Service Quick and reliable. They left buy back info but it would’ve been nice if they would have approached me in the waiting area as well but it’s all good. Thanks awesome job.

Best Service Dept - Phenomenal Service Provider Customer comes first here, ALWAYS. This is the best service dept and body shop you will find for Lexus. Have been using them for nearly a decade, would not go anywhere else! Great Place To Buy a Lexus I bought my first RX350 in 2006 and again in 2011 and have used McDermott for all my car service . The staff there is the best anyone could ask for and the quality of work is excellent. My last purchase is going on 8 years old and my next vehicle will be from there …. Great Place!!!

Always as promised, excellent customer service Rena is always accurate, pleasant, and trustworthy. Service is great. Waiting area is welcoming. Loaner vehicle is convenient. Prices are pretty fair. Service time was really good, considering the work I needed done.
