My wife and I have been buying cars for over 35 years and this was by far the best experience we've ever had!!! We literally made one phone call and Anthony took care of everything and bent over backwards to make the deal we wanted!! Imaging our surprise to find my wife's RX350 in the showroom with a huge bow on it and a plaque congratulating my wife on her new car!! Well taken care of at McDermott's! A needed to replace a lost car key. It was done in quick time and when I drove my car away from the lot, I noticed they had washed it and cleaned the inside of the car. What a nice surprise on this visit.

Great personal treatment. Was welcomed in a very friendly manner by all as I arrived and signed in for my service appointment. My sales representative came by to say hi and to talk a bit. The waiting area and showroom were very nicely laid out and clean.
McDermott Lexus service is always a pleasant experience. The service staff are friendly and courteous seem to be interested in customer satisfaction to the max! I have been going here for many years to service my cars. Highly recommend.
Very friendly, professional and state of the art facility. They diagnosed an alignment problem as I was pulling into service bay. Yes as I was pulling a computer measured the alignment
screw in tire Approximately a half hour to an hour because I got there early. I was in and out quick with no charge to me. Tire is fixed. Thank You!
December to forget!! The dealership wanted to charge me $750 because I wanted a color combination (black on black) Which they did not have in stock. It’s not my first time buying a car and I have never been charged for this. They pressure you to buy a car on their lot and do not care of what you want. I was skeptical to go this dealership in the first place after seeing bad reviews online about them.
