I had the absolute worse experience at this dealership. My salesperson lied and told me that the car that I brought in to trade could not be traded in because my current account with the bank I was in contract with was closed due to a late payment and when I called my current bank lender for my vehicle which I was going to trade in, they told me that they never had such conversation with the sales agent and it would have been against policy for them to do so. The service at N Miami Lexus was terrible. I spent over $100,000.00 and received the worst service I have ever experienced. They don’t understand VIP or customer service! Don’t go there

Friendly service with a very responsive service team. Very easy to make an appointment and get a loaner. Also very easy to communicate with the service advisor throughout the entire service process.
I brought my wife's 2022 Lexus RX 350 in for the 30K mile service. Kelleigh Congdon was our service director. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and made us very confident on the service of our car. She explained everything that the service would include.
