I had just bought this 2019 rx 350 from a Lexus dealer in Canada. Drive it to Florida and the brakes started to make a clicking sound (not grinding) when the brakes were applied. One single simple click! I called my friend at home (who has been a Lexi’s technician for many years) and he said it was probably a clip or something holding the brakes shoe. They are liars. They increased my bill. They promised me free service and they still charge me. The car I took out of service is still broken.

They are super organized, efficient, and very attentive. I loved that they offered their customers free coffee from their café. That was a very nice touch.

The representative’s service was appropriate; however, the issue is that this is my third time going to the dealership for the same problem. Every time I bring my car in for its scheduled service, I inform the advisor that the vehicle pulls to the right and left, and when it reaches 80 miles per hour, it starts to vibrate.
