I recently brought my vehicle in for service, and Luis was my service advisor. He provided excellent support. Although he offered a loaner vehicle, it wasn’t necessary in my case because the service was not expected to be all day. Terrible first experience here! I had a scheduled maintenance appointment at this location. I had never had my car serviced here before, and upon arrival, a young gentleman at the valet desk checked me in and advised me to go inside. I ended up waiting over three hours with my 1 year old son. After my second attempt to follow up with the valet to see why my car was taking so long, I found out that I had never been seen by a service advisor, so my car was never worked on. Awful experience. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We leased a lemon from this dealership. I don’t think any kind of inspection was done prior to giving me the car to drive home. I had to come back the very next day due to a coolant leak and I haven’t seen the car since. The especially bad part of our experience is the service center and the complete lack of communication.
