I forgot to check. I was told no problem by the sales girl. When I went to the finance guy, he told me if I wanted to wire money it would be a pain and take a long time and it would be much better if I just went to the local bank and picked up a cashiers check. Period the local Bank of America was 15 minutes away. It smelled like urine and because I didn’t have proper ID with me it took another half an hour to procure a cashiers check. Jose, is the best sales rep. Worked with him last 7 years. This is my fifth car with him and Always come thru. When he says he will take care of you, he is true to his word. Hidden damage was found after pre-owned purchase. After some days of discussion was finally determined that Lexus would repair the car. The body shop did a good job.

Everything was great with the dealer in terms of cleanliness, service, and appearance. But I didn't get anything to improve the price; there was no deal. That “November to Remember” promotion didn't work for me. I was hoping for a better price, especially since it was the end of the month, but I didn't get anything in my favor. And that's even though I was a previous customer because I had another Lexus. I was hoping for better offers.
