I just had a visit at the McDermott Lexus Dealer and met with John Kelik. He was the most professional courteous kind person that you could ever meet answered all my questions took care of all my concerns followed up with me and made sure that All my questions and concerns were met. I would personally recommend anyone of buying Alex to see John when they go to the dealers the staff there are very courteous and will go out of their way to take care of your needs.

Second Lexus I purchased from Anthony Faustini in the past 2 years. Can’t say enough about Anthony and the purchase experience. I went back to Anthony because of the great first experience with him. I would leave a zero if I could. We have a special needs child and requested certain safety features. I was told the car we leased had them. We drive it home and doesn’t have have the features they said we had. I called first thing and waited all day. No phone call. Got a text if you want to put them in aftermarket you can. That’s how they treat people that have gotten 4 vehicles from them. Still waiting on.no call back from any manager. This dealership was bought out. They no longer care about customers. Run!

An extremely pleasant car buying experience. Rob, our salesman, was very personable and professional. My first visit I was “just looking “. Even though the vehicle we wanted was very hard to find, he still invited me to take a test drive. Right model but not the color we wanted. We came back the following week to explore our options. Just leased a 2022 NX250. Dealt with anthony Faustini which was extremely easy and pleasurable. Anthony was looking for just the right vehicle which he knew what I wanted.
