Very pleased with my recent services at McDermott. I am happy with myself for purchasing an extended warranty it was a pretty expensive part that had to be replaced.

Love the Lexus ES350 sedan, great product. However the "after the sale" service was lacking. I contacted the dealership on 5 separate occasions because 5 weeks after driving the car off the lot I have yet to receive any information about the first loan payment. Service is top notch. Thank you Tanya for always taking care of me! Everyone in the service department is very friendly and they cannot do enough for you.
Service was good. The car wash was broken, and the vacuum job was incomplete. Attention to detail is what sets Lexus above the others; a detail like a well done vacuum is the most visible service as I see it every day. It has always been a weak link at McDermott. It makes me wonder how well the areas inside my car were disinfected.
The service is excellent and, perhaps more important, the staff is friendly, listens to your issues and attempts to do everything possible to address your concerns.
