Brought my car in for a tire check after thinking I might have hit a curb. During the visit, the team mentioned a possible recall, which thankfully turned out not to apply. Kevin Chin, door 1, and another gentleman, door 4, (whose name I didn’t catch) were both exceptionally helpful throughout the process. They even provided a loaner vehicle and later assisted me in retrieving an item I’d left in the car. Grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Lexus service continues to impress.
