6/16/20 Service Appointment reservation was easy and requested loaner was made available on time. Greg, Rena and Tanya were remarkable, as usual, and were responsive to all my questions. After servicing, the Lexus was cleaned inside and out, as I have come to expect from this organization.

6 Month Service Maintenance Standard 6 month service maintenance for my 2008 ES350. In and out within an hour. Masks, Social Distance were adhered. Car was disinfected before it was returned to me.

A delightful experience with immensely supportive staff. Rob Semack answered my 10:00am phone call inquiring about an NX. After a number of phone calls and some wonderfully supportive conversations, I made a trip to the dealership to see my options. Miraculously, I drove out of the dealership at 5:00pm with my new car being absolutely impressed at the level of follow-up support in regards to service, technology training, and so much more. Thrilled to recommend this dealership and Rob Semack who is a joy to work with..

Good as usual Had two vehicles serviced, an RX and LS. Rena was as usual professional, knowledgeable and communicated throughout the day the status as well as findings of the service. Vehicles were ready when promised with the appropriate services performed. Great job in a difficult environment.

All good. I have bought 3 cars (Rx's) from McDermott Lexus and am currently heading towards the 4th. Lexus is a great car. I always recommend them!

All staff always courteous and efficient. Check in for service is convenient and never fails to address customer concerns and/or questions. Waiting area is clean, comfortable, and offers “amenities” - coffees, snacks, water, etc. We are on our fourth Lexus car and leasing from them is always easy and convenient. We chose service for our non-Lexus there because of the great experience we have had in the past.

Made it very easy for me to distance by sitting outside. They should provide some lightweight chairs to move around outside to space individuals waiting for service.
