As indicated earlier I had an issue with my RX and Greg how his staff handled it in a very professional manner. I’ve been coming to Greg repairs 25 years I will continue to do so. I am pleased to see Greg is not working for your dealership.

The people in the service department go above and beyond. Very thankful for them! Lexus service is a large part of why I chose this brand.

Everything went well. My car was washed but I was surprised that the interior was not vacuumed. Maybe that’s not a part of your service.

Staff is friendly and professional. Quality of work is great. Efficiency of services great! I have been going to this dealership for the past 4 years and was dissatisfied once. I am a loyal Toyota Landcruiser owner. Was nervous about switching to Lexus after a 20 plus year relationship with Colonial Toyota. I am very satisfied with my choice of vehicle and the service at McDermott Lexus.

My mother purchased her Lexus in 2004 from McDermott. We have had McDermott perform all of the service on the car. They have always been courteous and very professional.

I have been taking my 2011 RX for service every time. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem getting a loaner while my car is in service.

I only go to McDermott Lexus for my car purchases & services as McDermott is simply the best & I only deal with the best. GREAT service call for the 90K miles on my Lexus 350 & reasonably priced. I only wish you had more of a selection of used Lexus to choose from (I'm looking for an ES 350 in Old Lady Silver), but I understand that quite a few people are moving to CT from the City & they are purchasing cars....not a problem; I can wait. Thank you again for having such a SUPERIOR Car Dealership.

They are fantastic totally committed to the customer! I have purchased seven cars over the years .. and each one has been a pleasure to drive. I have also given my clients their name in their travels to purchase an automobile & they have shared with me that they found this dealership to go the extra mile to service their needs .The service department has always exceeded my expectations on each appointment.
