If you enjoy being gaslit by Pinocchio Kathy Register and her team while paying for top-tier coverage(Platinum Extra Care), this Lexus dealership is a “five-star” experience. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty-supposedly the gold standard-and was told my reimbursement for a TPMS sensor wasn't covered because it was 'broken.' Apparently, internal failure during normal driving doesn't count unless it fits their narrative.
