I am always able to get my car in on the days that work for me, and they always have a really nice loaner vehicle available. Their service staff are very polite professional, and keep me informed throughout the day on the status of my repairs and maintenance work. I purchased a new Lexus 7 years ago and I have only had it serviced through the dealership. I am very happy at how well my car is maintained and feel very confident I will have it for many years to come.

ES 350 Lexus 2008 McDermott Lexus has been servicing my various Lexus autos for 20 years. They have a very good service department that has kept my Lexus in great working condition. Their service department is prompt and helpful with any questions I might have. The pick up service during these pandemic times has been very helpful and saved me much time. I would recommend your dealership anytime.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The loaner car I received was brand new. The issue with my car was addressed and I had it back by the end of the day.

Repair of rims and other service The rims on my 2017 LS460 had some scratches that needed attention. I stopped by and spoke with Tanya who was extremely helpful. She told me the service is done on sight and can be done in a day. We scheduled a day and I was given a loaner as agreed. While the car was there a few small items were also taken care of.
