We walked in cold and Rob Semack @crabtreelexus still treated us like family. He was honest and fair and never once tried any of the xx that we encountered at other dealerships. I came to David McDermott to buy a car because I only have 1 F-350 and a van for work, so I really wanted a small car for other things. They asked me for a deposit of $$ to hold the vehicle for me, and I could return the next day to sign the papers. So far, so good. He was the most professional courteous kind person that you could ever meet answered all my questions took care of all my concerns followed up with me and made sure that All my questions and concerns were met. I would personally recommend anyone of buying Alex to see John when they go to the dealers the staff there are very courteous and will go out of their way to take care of your needs.
