Pleasant service team, professional & accommodating. Greg H and his service dept was accommodating polite and a pleasure to do business with the waiting room was comfortable and quiet to do my personal work while waiting for my vehicle . It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end

Excellent Dealership and Service Department Have always trusted what I've been told by the service department as to the service needs of my vehicle. Service repairs have been done efficiently and as cost effective as possible. VERY satisfied customer.

Work was done on time and the price was right! I wanted to do some things to personalize my 2003 Corvette. The big job was to mount a new set of wheels (Black C-6 Z06) on to a set of Michelin Pilot Sport Tire’s. I was concerned with who would do the work, didn’t want wheels scratched, etc. I also did an extensive search for the best price on the tires. Great service! Although I did not lease my car here, I have been bringing my car to this dealership for service and they have been so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely deal with McDermott when it is time to renew my lease.

Don't trust this dealership I purchased a new 2019 Lexus with an extended warranty and was totally lied to. I received the warranty booklet in the mail a few days after my purchase and it was 4 years and 50,000 miles less than what I was sold. I called the finance person who sold it to me and she said I was reading it wrong...so I asked for a letter from Lexus stating the correct warranty I purchased. Can't inflate tired correctly, no accountability They picked up my car for routine service including tire rotation. When returned to me, every tire was over inflated 37-40 psi and all but one of the valve stem caps were missing. Emailed to complain, after some time they offered to pick the car up again to adjust the pressure. Thanks, but I'll pass. If they can't inflate tired to spec, what would you trust them to do?
