My purchasing experience could have been better. I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, and I'm shocked that a dealership that sells premium vehicles in 2025 still uses that tired old game which was used on me when I purchased my first new car in 1975. Terry Bean is the best to work with and makes the transaction super easy. His assistant who teaches you the car is also absolutely wonderful. These two made our experience one of the best car experiences we've ever had.

I had to have my struts replaced on my 2013 Lexus RX 450 H. Kevin treated my vehicle as if it was a brand new vehicle and explained everything that he was going to do with great care and detail. I’ve heard horror stories about the poor customer service that other premium car owners have, but at Lexus of North Miami I have always felt like a valued customer. It will be difficult to look for another vehicle outside of Lexus given this kind of superior. Service.!!
