Worst experience ever at a dealership and I have had a bunch of them - shaun jones out and out lied to me saying they had a vehicle on the lot that I wanted buy - "Yes sir, we do have this vehicle and we can have it pulled up ready for you at 2pm. See you soon !" was his answer when I asked if it was on the lot. After an 80 mile round trip to buy - a very rude "salesperson" - devon Wilson - informed me it is it not there. Typical bait and switch from a dealership. My opinion is do NOT go there to buy a car.

I bought my Jeep from them in 2016. Completely satisfied with my Cherokee and wouldn’t trust anyone else to service it but them.
Worst Experience with this dealership. Bad at customer support and sales person especially Brandon Swaney sucks. They don't bother about the customer just try to sell what they have and don't listen to any of customer request. On top these guys delivered Minivan to my home with Chip on the windshield. I did multiple follow up with Brandon,Brent and also other managers in Dealership but no one reply and even take any step to fix it. It was a mess done by them when they delivered. I went in for an oil change and left with my brand new Dodge Journey. Brooks Powell was easy to talk with and he worked real hard to get me a reasonable monthly payment. I purchased my Journey on January 29th 2019 and I hope the next time I need a vehicle will be as good an experience as this one.

I took my vehicle for service up there yesterday. And I dealt with Kurt, and I have to say he was one of the kindest and helpful associates I’ve ever had at any dealership that I’ve ever been to. I am definitely going back here
Not lie and deceive their potential customers. By being upfront and honest and ditching the extremely dated and confrontational way of having the "sales manager" chickens in the glass box with the BS "exchange" with the salesperson. We're all smarter than that now. Come out and talk to me like a man.
I bought my Jeep Renegade the end of September. Buying process was relatively smooth however the price was not as advertised and they started at sticker price. The problem came when I was charged for a service contract I did not ask for. It took two months of repeated calls, texts, and emails before I got my $1148 back. Now I’m having issues with my 4WD.
