Spoke with someone from the company via chat. I asked to see a vehicle that day at 12pm after I was informed they open at 12pm. I drove 30 mins to see the vehicle. My family and I sat in the heat for 30 mins only to call the store to see why the doors hadn’t opened. The rep then told me they were closed on Sunday’s and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. Not a positive experience.

THIS DOESN'T DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING BUT IT WAS THE LOWEST OPTION AVAILABLE! Start date 9/26/2016. From the time i stepped foot into Crown Dodge I was treated rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful by the sales person (unknown) and especially the finance representative (Misty Braudus). They have the best overall deals on trucks in the triad you can find. Trust me on this because I searched for 2-4 months for a brand new truck. They will give you great deals on trade ins as well.
