Thanks to Crown my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland is all fixed! After being lied to by both Asheboro and High Point. It may have taken them about to week to get started on it but I also know they are busy. I have had this jeep almost 2 months and have been battling a problem with the air ride suspension. It was in and out of the dealerships trying to figure out the problem. I wish I had taken it to Crown to begin with! AVOID this dealership! I made an appointment to see a used truck, stayed in contact with the dealership through text messages, had my appointment confirmed by the General Sales Manager at 9 p.m. the day before the appointment, and drove an hour to get there to be told that the truck would not be available for another 2 days because it was in the body shop. I read the reviews before going but decided to go anyway (just as many bad reviews as good ones), but certainly regret that decision.

We had an amazing experience with DeVon Wilson!! She was quick to respond to any questions we had. We ordered our Jeep and she was on top of all of our material!! Today, when our Jeep came in she went the extra steps to make us even more excited and pointed out our sticker says ‘Built for Zachary’!!! Thanks to her for her hard work!!
I would not recommend this place to anyone they do business wrong they are dirty.
