After communicating with a sales person for a week or so, I called to confirm the price and what it consisted of as I live 2 hours away and didnt want to drive all that way if we were not going to start out at the same price for the negotiations. Incompetent! We bought a ram and they were having it delivered and inspected, so they told us to come get it in two days. When we returned, they told us there were getting the rest of our paperwork together, an hour later we asked to test drive the truck before signing and the told us the truck was already sold. They didn't have another truck on the lot, he can't give us our down payment back until Monday, and we now both have an extra hard inquiry on our credit checks... Had a very pleasant experience at Crown last week. I had already decided and confirmed the vehicle I wanted. Went in on a Friday afternoon and was out in a little over an hour with my new 2019 Ram 1500.
Worst car dealership ever! Called this morning about coming to look at one of there trucks. We are 3 hours away a hour and a half into the drive we get a text not even a phone call now saying it didn't pass inspection! They had there post wrong saying it was a Cummins when it was just a hemi! I'm very confused why it was even posted without being inspected. The finance manager lied to me about a warranty I’m buying he said it would last 7 years or 100000 miles and didn’t give me no contact information also said if I broke down they would send a wrecker and take it to nearest Chrysler dealership I found out that’s not true you have to pay the towing and the warranty only pays you back 75 dollars and my warranty I found out today only covers my truck 2 years instead of 7 I called 2 days ago and the manager told the operator that he promised that I would get a call that day he lie... read more
Specifically told the salesperson what we wanted our payments to be and the pricing we were wanting to stay at. The salesperson talked to the manager and urged us to look at a 2018 Pilot that was perfect for us. We continuously explained it most likely wasn’t in our budget so we didn’t want to look at it.
