Overall a good buying experience. Purchased my vehicle on 3/25/18 and was able to negotiate what I felt was a great deal for what I got. Wish they could’ve thrown in a box cover for my truck but I’m still satisfied, as it had everything else I wanted. I worked with Jeremy Huff and he was a pleasure to work with.
Called for 2008 jeep, drove 100 miles to buy it, sales man was gone we spoke with, sales manager placed us with another,only to find the jeep we called about was sold a month ago, after a song and dance, they tried to sell us a new one. One word----NO.

Looked on line, decided what I was interested in, entered information on line and received a call from Crown within 5 minutes to set up an appointment. Was able to go in, test drive the vehicle and complete the purchase within a couple of hours. Salesman was friendly and very professional. Great service from start to finish.
Had a lot done to my Charger, regular maintenance and some repairs. All done while I waited. Very attentive and continued to keep me updated on the progress.
