Under new management! The experience was awesome! Found the exact truck I wanted and max, my sales rep was very accommodating. I highly recommend dealing with Mr. Augustus Bordin. He's a terrific salesman and a gentleman. He doesn't use any shifty sales tactics or BS, he simply asked me what I wanted to see and ran around for long time rounding up different vehicles for me to try out. In the end I was very pleased with my Jeep Compass purchase. First my wife, and now I have bought Jeeps from Mr. Bordin and we've both had very good experiences.
I purchased a vehicle for my son from Devon. She was very patient, kind and professional. My son loves his vehicle. The customer service was great.
I found a recall for my 1990 Jeep Wrangler. I called to set up an appointment to get the recall taken care of on Thursday of last week. The woman I spoke to in the recall dept. told me they would have to order the part and set me up with an appointment on Monday. I left work a little early to ensure I got to my appointment on time. I don’t normally do product or service reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with anyone considering buying a vehicle from Crown Chrysler. Here’s what happened. Saturday March 9 my wife and I drove to Greensboro from Roanoke VA to test drive a Ram Promaster van we saw advertised for Crown Chrysler on CarGurus. I just had a horrible service experience at Crown Chrysler. I saw the technician pull my car in exactly 1 hour after my appointment time through the big window. The technician spent 3 minutes on my car and then said they couldn’t fix it and charged me $113.30 for 3 minutes work! That comes out to $2660.00 an hour!!! Stay away fromthis place.
