Bought a brand new vehicle from them. Needed an adjustment 3 months later that required some very minor body work. Got an estimate but nearly 2 months later have yet to hear from anyone about getting it fixed. Have called numerous times and been told each time that someone would get back to me. Now, I can't even get anyone on the phone. The worst service I have (not) received!
Terrible service department.
I gave them $250 to hold a car so i could come and see it the next day. I showed up and it was not as advertised, loud knock in the motor, needed brake job, interior had extra damage. They kept my 250 because I did not buy it.

Fast service & Easy going staff
We just purchased a new ProMaster City from Crown Dodge on Wendover. I will say that I typically do not dealing with the sales process. We were greeted by Devon and she made the process painless. She made sure every detail was taken care of and I can’t thank her enough. She beat all of the other dealerships pricing and left us driving away happy!
